Can’t recommend Grampian Window Cleaners enough…phoned and spoke to a lovely girl called Susan who said that it wouldn’t be a problem to get my gutters cleaned. She was correct - 2 days later my gutters were cleared of leaves and debris. The guy that came (Mark) was very friendly and explained what he was going to do and what he had done….was that impressed that I’ve now got him to clean my windows monthly aswell

Good service when provided but have emailed and emailed for response as they’ve just decided to not turn up to my flat but haven’t received a response. Given up trying now and will find another window cleaner. Awful customer service. Don’t waste your time

The reviews on this company all seem to have the surname of the owner and director... I find that strange and the owner has even left himself a 5 star rating. I had the misfortune to meet this guy and his attitude is really appalling. But hey he might be nice to you if you don't ask him to do something. Sorry to the guy for probably being a bit unfair but the first impressions really say a lot about you, and your's say to me you can't be bothered which would most probably reflect on the quality of the work. Which has been mentioned in some reviews. Obstructing the public footway outside a care home by parking all 4 wheels on it shows no consideration for the elderly or disabled residents who live there. The resident do wander out and who may need to get past his vehicle when asked to move his vehicle he said call the police.
